How many treatments do I need?

Do the needles hurt?
Generally, acupuncture DOES NOT hurt. The insertion of fine needles (about the diameter of a human hair) may bring a slight tingling feeling as the needle reaches its point, but most patients, they don’t feel discomfort at all.
